			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are a few steps to take if we want to become successful and make a positive change in our daily life. Some of these steps are about believing in your ability, actually creating a whole new belief system, attracting possibilities and taking action.<br />
But now I will be talking about how to get started. The first step is getting focused.</p>
<p>What do you want?</p>
<p>Often folks struggle answering that question. Or they say what majority will say: I want to be happy, plenty of money, a loving family, more friends etc. And I really understand people say this cause I used to give the same reply.<br />
Now I have two comments to make about this. The first is that, again, this reply makes sense. But it is not specific. You have to be specific in what you need. You got to have specific goals.<br />
The second comment I want to make is that you can’t change everything overnight. So what is most important this minute?</p>
<p>Let me explain this a bit better. You have been asked the question of what it is that you want and answered like many folks would. My next question would be what is most important? What is the biggest priority? Let us say you replied the most important is you want to be happy. Good, let us focus on that. But just being happy is not precise. What would bring you happiness? You think about it and realize that since you have been single for a while, having a boyfriend/girlfriend would make you happy. Great! You decided what is most important to you now and were able to be precise about it. Now it is clear what you need to focus on.<br />
And now? Do I just wait for it to happen? No, things do not just happen. You need to have a plan to achieve this.</p>

</script></div><p>A huge step towards achieving your goals is writing them down. 80% of the people who write down their goals achieve them. And it is only about 5% of all people who really write down their goals. So you have a much greater chance to succeed if you write down what you want to reach. <br />
Actually, do not lay down the pen just yet. Because to really get focused you need to have a plan.<br />
Let us say your goal is to have some more money. You wrote it down but now you need to figure out how to really get that money. Start thinking about what you can do to get more money and write down all your ideas. <br />
Once you decide on a plan stick to it. Create a laser-targeted focus on that which you want and think of it in a positive way. Believe that what you want is already on its way. You just need to receive it. </p>
<p>A word of caution: Even though you have to be precise about your goal, be open to how it will come to you and even when. Avoid things like “I want to be rich in 2 weeks and the money should come from my next business-deal”. It might very well happen, do not get me wrong. But what could happen is, if the money does not come within that time you will be disappointed. This limits your belief and will in the end move you away from your goal.<br />
I encourage people to dream big, but you have to be realistic. Do not expect MGM to call you tomorrow to direct their next movie because you have great videos on Youtube. You probably will not get a Grammy because you sing like Kelly Clarkson in the shower. If directing in Hollywood or winning a Grammy is one of your goals, I encourage you to go for it. <br />
But either way, decide on a plan, work the plan and plan to work and you will get that which you want.</p>
<p>There is much more to say about being successful but this sets you on your way.<br />
Be strong in your belief, only be positive and focus on what it is that you want.  <br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An ordered life is one of the most assured methods of self-improvement. The saying “tidy desk &#8211; tidy mind” is also certainly true but only a small part of it. It is important that you order your life in such a manner that allows you to do everything you need to, when you need to do it. You should also be able to effectively ensure that you become happier and more content as well as progress with your career, make new friends and anything else you want in life.</p>
<p>While work is important, you should always make time to spend with your family and a little personal time. This personal time could be an excellent opportunity to take up a physical hobby. Exercising helps to clear the mind and produce chemicals in your body that are essential and often lacking. Modern living involves greater working hours and less personal time. Inevitably this has led to less interactivity.</p>
<p>Always set goals for yourself to aid in your progress. Increasing the amount of exercise you do will only usually be beneficial or successful if you have a reason to do it. If you simply want to get fitter and stay healthy then set yourself an achievement. If you currently walk 1 mile a day then aim to walk 5 miles a day. When you are walking 5 miles a day, consider if there is any way you can improve this further.</p>
<p>Time with your family and friends is also essential. We are social animals by nature and so human interaction is not only natural but it is healthy and pleasurable. Taking up a sport with a friend or group of friends would combine exercise with interaction and be perfect. Your friends may turn out to be the extra motivation you require in the event of difficult times.</p>
