In this quiet and comfortable space, sit upright or lay down, which ever is more comfortable for you. Begin to let your body and mind go and tell yourself that for the next 20 minutes nothing else matters, this is now your time to focus on learning the art of meditation and how to meditate easily.

As you begin to relax, focus on the sound of your breathing, take nice deep breathes but make sure they feel as natural as possible. Keep a nice steady pace going. You will have random thoughts, ideas and concerns pop up, this is perfectly naturally as you begin to silence your conscious mind. This might feel like a struggle at first and the more you relax the more thoughts you might have roaming around your mind to distract you.

If you find these thoughts getting stronger, bring your attention back to the sound of your breathing and the sound of the air going in and out of your lungs. In time these thoughts should subside as your body begins to relax and you let go of your conscious mind.

Some of the meditation symptoms will experience are tingles, feeling warm, a change in perceived body weight as your body is completely relaxed and feelings of euphoria. If you begin to experience of these feelings you are entering into a state of meditation. Allow yourself to be immersed by this wonderful feeling and let yourself go.

Just a quick warning, meditation can become extremely addictive when you realise the full power of this wonderful practice. You should begin to feel a lot better physical and mentally in time and eliminate the need for other treatments such as dangerous drugs which is the last thing you want to be putting in your body.

Meditation takes time to master and those who practice it for years are always striving to enter into higher levels of consciousness, there is no limit to how deep you can go with enough practice.
