C.A.R.E.S. is an acronym for the “hot buttons” that a supervisor must push to get an employee to serve the cusomer and produce a profit for the employer. The model was built by me in 1972 and continues to prove successful today. Keep in mind that an employee will only do what you want if he see that what you want represents value to him.
