The Spiritual Aspect Of Training

July 4, 2010 by

In addition to the mental strategies that I have discussed in earlier articles, those who make the most rapid transformations of all, also consider the spiritual component to their training. Several individuals achieve this without even realizing that these are spiritual aspects. This is accomplished by living in harmony with universal laws and principles. It is these laws that govern the very interaction of all people on Earth, as well as the stars, planets, galaxies, and the universe itself must obey. I think that is what I consider to be power!

None of these laws are new and you might even recognize them on some degree, as they are interlinked into the framework of the world and taught in numerous different ways, in many different forms, and by numerous different people in several different cultures. And so far, the bulk of the human race neglects to apply them directly and deliberately to their aims and purpose in life. Sad but true.

Now, if you are courageous and conscious enough to make this journey, you will in effect become one of the five men out of a hundred that attains true success in life.

Unfortunately, ninety-five percent of the population will not, since:

» One, they are bonded and deluded on the layer of form or the tangible dimension. In other words they are concerned merely with materiality, the pursuit of pleasure and the avoidance of pain.
» Two, they underestimate the force and influence of the human mind to shape the foundation of their reality and experience of life. They do not read, learn, or cultivate the human mind to its largest potential or to even one-fourth of its potential.
» And three, they have forgotten their inherent connection with nature and the divine intelligence that allows all things to be. Further more, a lot of people deny the existence of such a force completely or through years of various social, cultural and religious dogma (aka brainwashing) fail to grasp the true nature of spirit.

Although, I’ll tell you this: those that master this truth and live in absolute harmony with the various universal laws go on to accomplish a point of transformation that is way beyond the tangible transformations to gain muscle mass or lose fat that we talk about on our website. Mastery at this point will allow you transform the lives of thousands, and millions of people… not just your own.

We are talking about people like Jesus, Buddha, Ghandi, Lao Tzu, Morihei Ueshiba, and other enlightened beings, to put it differently, only one percent or less of the population.

However, you do not have to master the universal laws in order to benefit from them. Even creating tiny, consistent alterations in your day to day habits that help bring you into alignment with these principles will carry with them awesome alterations into your life.

I can attest to that. I am by no means a master of living in such a way, but by adopting these laws, little by little, my entire life has altered as a consequence and continues to do so the more I align my thoughts, words, and actions with them. That is why we are suggesting you to learn them and apply them in your life as well.

As we discuss the First Pillar of Body Transformation over the next few weeks, I will present more in depth information on the following aspects of developing the proper mindset:

1. Character Values
2. Universal Laws
3. Goal Setting
4. Meditation
5. Affirmations
6. Visualizations

The first 2 matters cover more aspects of developing the proper mindset, while the other four issues are the strategies and processes you’ll be able to use to condition your mind for the realization of your goals and to create a muscular body.

It’s important to realize that these techniques and strategies exclusively will not bring you much success, unless that is, you mix them with inspired action. More specifically to our quest here, you cannot revolve around the first pillar solely. You must exercise the four pillars collectively in order to arrive at a rapid body transformation. It will do you little good to visualize the body you prefer to have, unless you also go to the gym, lift some weights, have the nutrition you need after the workout, eat healthy meals, as well as, get eight hours of sound, quality sleep. The four pillars work together in a synchronistic fashion, but each pillar brings with it its own personal benefits.

Hope you have a great week!
